Returns & Exchanges

At NYDJ, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid USPS or FedEx shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items and the packing slip inside the original shipping box or a similar mailer, then affix the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
